The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points 1), 2) and 3), connected to a pre-contractual and / or contractual phase or functional to a user request or provided for by a specific regulatory provision, it is mandatory and, failing that, it will not be possible to receive information and access any services requested.

The provision of personal data is mandatory in relation to the aforementioned letter b points 1.2.3.4; the refusal by the interested party to provide such data will result in the failure or partial performance of the service
Your data may be disclosed to the employees and / or collaborators of A RANDO SRL specifically appointed as manager and / or in charge of processing.
For the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, the Data Controller may communicate and have the personal data you provide processed in Italy and abroad to third parties with whom A RANDO SRL has relationships, where these third parties provide services at our request. It represents ex. art. 8 of EU Regulation 2016/679 that consent can only be given personally by the interested party who has reached the age of 16.
