Shipping times vary based on product availability. The delivery of the purchased jewels takes place from 48 hours to 7 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the availability of the product. In the case of new launches or jewelery in the catalog, the shipping times vary from 45 to 60 days. Check the delivery times in the appropriate section within the page of your favorite jewel.
Except as otherwise provided in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by art. 59, first paragraph, of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of purchase of more products delivered separately with a single order, the last product has been received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact the ARANDO Customer Service at the toll-free number 035-543029 or you can send a request by writing to INFO @ ARANDO.COM from Monday to Friday - opening hours from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00. If you decide to activate the right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the payments you have made, including delivery costs. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you request a refund on a different payment method, in which case any additional costs deriving from the different payment method you have chosen will be at your expense. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods and until the Quality Department demonstrates that the goods have been delivered in compliance with the following points. We inform you that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the supply of "products made to measure or clearly personalized". With reference to the aforementioned case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you are informed and accept that the "products made to measure or clearly personalized" include the products indicated as customizable in the relative information sheet, after their customization if requested by you.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this reason as the reason for the return during the online return request to be made in the same way as described in the previous paragraphs. You will be prompted to upload one or more images relating to the defect found and you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.
